Come Summer 2020 I decided to try again. With the emphasis this time on the 'main event' that occasioned the 2010 litigation. Only a real ar*ehole at the Court of Appeal would dismiss the appeal this time. I looked forward to receiving an apology from the Court of Appeal for Sharp J. condoning those vile emails sent to me, such as: 'Going to FUCK your mother. She like WHITE man.'
